Support definition list and tables #11

According to the documentation definition lists (and tables) are not supported even if kramdown does support it.

We could support tables, since groff also supports tables. Not sure what we would render definition lists?

groff has .IP so a definition list can be rendered as

 A glossary-style list:
 .IP lawyers 0.4i
 Two or more attorneys.
 .IP guns
 Firearms, preferably
 large-caliber.
 .IP money
 Gotta pay for those
 lawyers and guns!

This was finally implemented in eb0b11e in the 1.0.0 branch. Version 1.0.0 will probably be released tomorrow or next week.
