Hi @MarcoMiltenburg,

Thank you for submitting your issue and your pull request. First I wanted to confirm your issue before merging your pull request, although I don't seem to be able to reproduce your problem. In my browser I see every list item being opened and closed properly as shown in the screenshot below:

Which PostNL, Magento and OneStepCheckout versions are you currently running? Is it possible that another extension is hooking into the script and placing the li?

In which browser did you find this issue? It might be that Chrome is handling the phtml differently from other browsers.
