According to https://github.com/tig-nl/postnl-magento1/releases the latest release is 1.16.1 This version number has nog been changed in app/code/community/TIG/PostNL/etc/config.xml With this PR the version is changed.

Hi Hans,

Thank you for pointing this out! Must have been an issue with merging a certain commit. I'll replace the current release with a new one where the version in the backend is correct.

I've pushed a new commit to the master branch, and re-created the v1.16.1 release.
