Feature request: Support for Code Coverage Gutter Highlighting #245

It would be useful to have code coverage highlighting for classes with aspects applied. Ideally, highlights would appear in the Metalama diff for the transformed code.

Although, just showing highlights for non-transformed code in the editor would also be a good compromise.
