Fix JSON widget "Users by Sector" on act@sparkwi.se board #296

The widget does not seem to be displaying accurate information. For example, 
there is a secotr called "Communication" but that category does not exist on 
our form. Also, many categories like "Faith-based" are missing and we have many 
users in this category.

Lastly, the numbers displayed only add up to 1896 users, not 2486 like the 
other pies.
