Widget Display - Pie Charts - Updated functionality #310

When we have a pie chart that is displaying over 10 items the slices become 
visually blurred together (see attached screenshot). To combat this we will be 
updating the pie visualization to max out at 9 slices with a 10th being an 
aggregate of all remaining pieces of data, IF the pie has more than 10 slices.

I'm still seeing some issues with how the pie is being displayed at larger 
widget sizes. In the 2x2 attached the pie doesn't seem to be centered and in 
the 2 x 1 the pie is way to small. It should fill up the space in that instance.

The placement of the pie within the widget is still not quite right. See 
attached specs and the attached screenshots. Both those elements need to 
respond more smartly to the key and the size of the widget.

The pie should never cover up the key. In the case of the attached it should 
move to the top or get smaller and push to the right side.

I'm still seeing pie charts overlapping text. Please double check and see 
attached...

See attached. Charts are still overlapping the key at certain sizes.

In the attached case the pie should center vertically between the title and the 
first item in the key.
