Bug with sign-up form on windows 7

I am not able to sign up. I have completed the forms but nothing happens when I 
click the "Sign Up" button. I have tried multiple times. I have checked to make 
sure I have completed all required parts of the form, including the Terms of 
Service. There is no error message, etc. It seems like it is not registering 
the clicks at all. Thoughts?

I am using Safari on Windows 7 . I did not try other browsers but will give 
Firefox a shot once my IT dept allows it to be downloaded on my computer.
