The docs just says requires a working ruby install but that's not correct, I installed ruby, then I get an error about not having bundle so I install gem and bundler, then --with is not right.... etc
someone try this from a clean basic distro so you can update the docs with what is really required, otherwise people will try, it fails and then they move on.
