MySQL version is locked to version 5.6.1. #1

MySQL cookbook now provides LWRPs instead of recipes which makes chef fail. The cookbook v6.0.0 (2014-12-15) brought the change, so the dependency in metadata.rb should be locked to 5.6.1, the last 5.x version.
