Change to a stable ruby version as a default #10

It's an easy fix. For security and performance reasons obviously.

Currently it's 2.0.0-p481 and official stable is 2.3.0.

Even if there would be a (bad) reason for keeping on 2.0, the latest build without security issues would be -p648. No user should get a insecure version by default.
