I would like to introduce the program to more Korean users, so I added a Korean page.
I'm not a developer, but I know how to use simple tools, so I can only work on the explanation page.
I added only a "README_KR.md" file and translated it into Korean based on the English version (README_EN.md).
The order of some sentences may not be the same because I translated it with 'familiar' words that are often used in Korean programs, but since it was translated by a human, not a translator, I don't think there will be a problem for users to read and understand. This is not a professional translation, but it is a small part that you can contribute without affecting the program, so please adopt it.
