Job executor

Implement a task executor of some kind for Potato. The library should allow:

• Easily scheduling tasks and associated payload
• Scheduling groups of tasks and awaiting their completion
• Usable in the core engine, tools, and recon
• Fork-and-join parallel-for
• Tracy or profiling integration
