UX Changes:

Each Window gets its own menu
Various style improvements
Command palette bug fixes

Code Changes:

Added KeyType and StaticId types
Reworked Actions into new Command system
Refactored management and construction of Editors
Simplified CommandPalette into a simple struct and single function
Moved hotkey and command palette into EditorManager
Added imgui_command.h and helpers
Many bug fixes
