'Connect To' character dropdown lists ordered incorrectly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new world in the address book.
2. Add a new character to the world.
3. Add a second character that is alphabetically higher than the first one.
4. Check the order of the characters in the 'Connect To' dropdown list.

What is the expected behaviour? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the characters arranged in alphabetical order, as they do in 
the address book, but they show up in the order I added them instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.0.0b8 on Windows 7.
