Auto-scroll to bottom of output window on new command #249

An optional feature that when enabled, will auto-scroll the output window to
the very bottom (new activity) ONLY when you are the cause of the new activity
though.

The cause is very simple, you type something into the input window and
physically press 'enter' to send that something to the world.

Perhaps also a / command such as '/autoscroll <on|off>' so that you can turn it
on and off quickly without having to find it in the world properties.

Another method... allow new activity (regardless who caused it) to auto scroll
the the very end of the buffer... but make a right click option to freeze the
display for a so many seconds. This would allow the user to freeze the display
and scroll back through the back log and copy blocks of text where needed. When
the user unfreezes the display or the freeze times out... new activity will
pull the user back to the end of the buffer.

I'm all for the auto-scrolling, as long as there's an option to toggle it on
and off. Maybe an All (any activity like adk mentioned), Mine (the original
requested feature), and Off (doesn't auto-scroll).

I staff on a couple different MU's and I gotta say, as a staffer, I love it not
auto-scrolling. As a player, however, I'd enjoy the auto-scroll feature.
