Gibberish on ATS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to ATS.
2. Resize your different MU windows to different sizes? (I def notice something)
3. Use something heavy in code (like debug) or ANSI() output. It eventually 
appears. It shows up consistantly, although at RANDOM points of time after you 
trigger somekind of output.

What is the expected behaviour? What do you see instead?
No gibberish like:

I didn't hear it what with the volume low. I think it beeps at me too when it 
does that.

Oh yeah, sometimes it hangs the output in the client when its doing that 
'gibberish', enter or a command allows it to finish and move on.
