upgrade to ember 3 (cli 6)
update test runner
update dependancies
fix a few tests

Hi can you have a good look at this, tests all pass but had to alter a few, pretty sure they still prove the same functionality but would appreciate a check. Simplified the travis set up removing ember try was the only thing I kinda gave up on.
