Check if wp cli command is installed #3

Fine-tune deletion of the site when a site was previously created when wp cli wasn't present. Currently, the following error message is shown when trying to delete the site...

WordPress not found. We can only reset WordPress sites. Did you mean to delete the site?

Also, the deletion of the site isn't complete. The directory sites/example.com/public/ isn't deleted.
