The libiio and libad9361 Homebrew packages on MacOS might not install the PkgConfig advertised files.

Try hard to also pickup the framework libs on MacOS for Brew (and MacPorts too).
The ad9361 lib has some extra quirks: it might be named ad9361-iio, a 0.2 version might be named 0.3 and a 0.1 might be missing the version.
