doesn't complete when it works #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Almost all the time when i use it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Different from the ' error
When i try it in a working name it collects photo list then download 1 of 45 
for example, but when it reaches 42 of 45/43 of 45/44 of 45 it doesn't complete 
the download i even let it stay for an hour

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
oh and using it in a slow bandwidth speed
can make this really happen a lot
