Maximum photo download limit #124

The maximum photos that can be downloaded from a user/page is 5,000. Can this 
limit be removed/increased? Because some of the pages have more than 10,000 
photos. Looking forward to this patch :)

For now i can't download moore than 100 photos....

Can you provide an example page where the 5000 photo limit is encountered?  I 
believe this is a facebook API issue but I can look into it.  As for the 400 
photo limit, that is a separate issue that I am looking into.

Piece of shit program. Can some hacker please destroy this useless piece of 
shit program by injecting some disabling code into their website. Because shit 
should not be advertised all over the web.
