Support extract translations from modules

Support extract translations from module files they build use "nWidart/laravel-modules” package

can enable/disable extract translations modules folder when use "localization" use options "support_modules" in config file "laravel-localization-helpers.php" by default is disabled
can enable/disable extract translations for each module by option "auto_localization" in "module.json" file of modules by default is enable
auto delete backup files for each module
