A few minor changes from previous other edits; however, the main feature of this commit is the addition of the includes/extra_cart_actions/stock_by_attributes.php file that processes the item(s) being added to the cart to determine if it should be allowed or not, regardless of whether the cart is being shown or not after "adding to cart".
File was developed in SBA 1.5.4; however, has not been tested/incorporated into SBA 1.5.3. This resolves some of the issues others have reported about not being able to tell if an item has been added in excess of that available until viewing the shopping cart.
