Add a single sine wave example that demonstrates the flow through the GNU Radio system #4

The sine wave example's purpose is to demonstrate the flow through the GNU Radio system. There will be the stage of generation, then modification, then analysis. Each part will have a GUI component to manipulate the part. The function generator can have the frequency adjusted, The modification will be the amplitude block, and the analysis will be the time domain, waterfall, FT, and audio.

The activities are being restructured so this is not needed.
