In this PR we:

Improved README.md
Added a Contribute.md file which contains the guildlines for making contibutions.

Please remove "Project Admin" and "Mentor" sections. Also, try to squash your commits into one. I know we can do it from here but it is a great stuff to learn about git :)

Sure, I also made a new file "Guide.md" which mentions the guidelines to setup the project on local web server easily.
