Some cool glitchy effect on keyboard

EliteChroma version: 1.17.0
.NET Core version: 4.8.09032
Operating System: Windows 11 22H2

@WFLek Thanks for reporting this. I've been able to reproduce the issue. Update 14 added a new value, Thargoid, for the LegalState field in Status.json.

I'll push a fix as soon as I can. I'll let you know when it's done.

@WFLek Version 1.18.0 is out. Try it and tell me how it goes.
