Show a friendly message if Razer SDK is missing #93

Summary

If the Razer Chroma SDK is not installed or EliteChroma is unable to find the SDK's DLL, it throws an exception (#92).

Desired solution

Instead of crashing, show a friendly message and, optionally, close EliteChroma.
