Seems to be a common issue but not always clear how to do it. Sometimes you need to have multi-step sign up and/or multiple records being created during registration. It might be good to have a guide describing different approaches as it seems quite a few are mixing responsibilities e.g. dealing with it in the controller instead of transaction, etc.
