If I sum up improvements to be made to the boost button:

• get rid of the hold for superboost, clicking the button should trigger the superboost popup and boost will only be possible from there
• Make default boost amount the tiniest possible satoshi and difficulty amount

ok for minimum satoshi amount (dust limit), what amount of difficulty should be considered minimal ?
