Top Answers Should Display In Order of Rank by Proof of Work #43

Currently, the site AskBitcoin.ai displays "Top Boosted Answers" in reverse order, with the least proof of work at the top and the most proof of work at the bottom.

It would be better if it displayed the Answers with the most proof of work at the top.
