powa_servers is missing from the dump #22

It seems, powa_servers should be added here : https://github.com/powa-team/powa-archivist/blob/master/powa--4.0.0beta1.sql#L1464

Indeed, thanks for the report. There was actually other tables missing, this should all be fixed as of https://github.com/powa-team/powa-archivist/commit/7dfb1a1ea631b801c215839417d8f901324d04ee
