Typo (double negation) #34

Thanks for noticing the double negation. Your fix changed the meaning which was correct. I pushed https://github.com/dalibo/powa-web/commit/16b1f21c2e722f45816ca65ee8176b325199f6eb to fix this unwisely chosen wording.

edit: BTW if there's no qual to optimize, the current wording will probably be a little weird but I think technically correct. It could be nice to hide irrelevant components in such cases.
