Improve install documentation #27

It would be nice to have more precise install documentation.

For example, dependencies : on ubuntu/debian installing postgresql-server-dev-9.3

Done in commit 85983abc4d6e4c756c708205883dd4cbcde8bace

We just said to install development package, but you're right, I just added an example for Debian and Red Hat
