Describe the bug Proxies do not work

To Reproduce/Line of code causing issue

  1. Set proxy
  2. ???
  3. no profit :(

We won't be supporting proxies initially, there's plenty of proxy apps you can use such as SocksDroid or ProxyDroid.

Anyone who views this:

If not-rooted device (not bluestacks) use Socksdroid if bluestacks: enable root on bluestacks (google it) and use ProxyDroid
