TJavaScript, TJSON documentation missing/misbehaving

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the latest Prado.chm help file
2. Look for TJavaScript class documentation in the index

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TJavaScript class documentation should be present in the index, but in fact it 
is not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prado/3.1.6, 3.1.7, 3.1.8 (maybe earlier versions are also affected)

Please provide any additional information below.
The strange thing is, that if you look for "TJavaScript" on the Search page, it 
will find the class documentation for the class, but if you navigate to it, 
you'll see that it's slightly different than the other class documentations. 

Also, if you try to click on any on the method names on said page, instead of 
displaying the actual documentation, it will give you an error 404 (meaning the 
actual pages are missing).

IIRC in previous versions the same links pointed to pradosoft.com, where they 
were also missing.

The same applies to the TJSON class documentation.
