Prado does not allow extesion application configuration #406

Prado currently does not allow extension or altering of how the application 
configuration file is processed, therefore making it impossible to define own 
directives or extend the existing ones with additional attributes in 
application.xml.

I've attached a modified version of TApplication.php which allows an 
application developer to override the default TApplicationConfiguration class.
