TActiveDatePicker does not fire TCallbackClientSide's events #413

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert a TActiveDatePicker
2. add any clientside property, eg: <prop:ClientSide.OnLoading>
3. choose a date so that a callback gets executed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You expect the property's javascript to be executed while it's not
