ActiveDatagrid's pager does not fire TCallbackClientSide's events #414

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert a TActiveDateDataGrid
2. pretend to define any clientside property for its pager, eg: 
<prop:ClientSide.OnLoading>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You actually can't do this
