[Feature Request] Mention indicator for cute words

I was thinking that it would be cool if there was a channel and guild mention indicator whenever a cute keyword is sent, as if it was a ping.

This is something that would be nice to have, but is a bit over my skill level of injecting into the client. That said, I would be more than happy to accept a pull request, I just personally do not have the skills or time to implement it currently.

If someone does decide to look at this, here are some issues that I foresee and should be checked on (some of them are why I was hesitant to implement this in the first place):

• cute words said while client isn't connected won't trigger a notification like @ mentions do
• If the channel is marked as read we need to remove our notification count (including being read on a different device)
• Messages should also be displayed in the inbox
