Cutecord v4

This pull request contains the progress of the v4 rewrite of Cutecord.

Current Todos

• [x] Complete implementation of new settings menu
• [x] Rewrite current message validation logic
  • [x] Pull Discord's current logic to make sure ours is fully up to date
• [x] Consider if custom statuses such as #30 are in scope for cutecord. After consideration, this feature will not be implemented at this time.
• [x] Improve keyword detection logic, particularly word detection in conjunction with punctuation
• [x] Create configuration migration function to automatically upgrade cutecord v3 configuration to the v4 format
• [x] Investigate #13, using information provided by @Swishilicous on Powercord's server. No longer planned.
