Add to Popout #12

Add permissions to popout and listed in bubbles like roles below them.

Hello !

A very nifty feature would be extending this plugins to viewing channel permissions, just like the aforementioned BD plugin. It's really useful when working with complex role gates, and saves a bunch of time, instead of going "View server as role..."
