Description

In this plugin you would be able to assign hotkeys to specific users, and pressing those hotkeys would server-mute the user.

For future reference you cant claim something that's not up for grabs, there was a convo going on in the server about this plugin not really having a use so I left it as pending. Seems the verdict is some people could see a potential use so whatever ill mark it as work in progress.
