Automatic Emote Usage Backups #445

Just a thought, but automatically backing up the EmojiStore thing would be nice. Discord likes to delete this at random (it's happened 2-3 times to me already).

As to what features people would want in a plugin like this, it'd probably just be a powercord settings page with a button to open up the folder with the backups (just .txt files full of the EmojiStore at that point in time), a slider to monitor the number of backups being kept before they get deleted, and a slider to determine the backup frequency. A nice-to-have feature would be a dropdown that shows all the backups and lets you load them at the click of a button, so it isn't necessary to do it manually.
