Description

This plugin would add a dropdown menu (or similar) to streams, that allows viewers to manually select any stream quality equal or lower to the source.

More info

This is useful for saving bandwidth when doing multiple things at the same time (downloading a file?) or when you only have limited data.

This plugin is also helpful for those with software rendering or lower tier GPUs 🙏
