[Feature Request] Badges Everywhere Powercord Plugin #257

Describe the feature request In this plugin, it would show a "nitro" badge next to a user's name in chat if they are subscribed to Discord Nitro, a discord "partner" badge if they are in the partner program, etc..

What Plugin would it be for? N/A

Expected behavior When chatting, I would expect to be able to see exactly who's a partner, nitro subscriber, booster etc..

This plugin would be very similar to the BetterDiscord plugin by the name "BadgesEverywhere": https://github.com/mwittrien/BetterDiscordAddons/tree/master/Plugins/BadgesEverywhere
