[Crash] Spawner/Grinder combo crashes in singleplayer #285

Yes, I know it doesn't directly point to MFR, but I'm guaranteed to get one if I turn on my killing room (13x11x7 box, Spawner in the middle of the room level with the floor, MFR conveyors pusing the mobs to the 5x5 spot in from of Grinder)

Update: crashes on Witches, Wither and regular Skeletons; doesn't crash on cows

This error occurs while a fluid with material of water attempts to render the direction it's flowing in. I have no idea what MFR could be doing to cause it.

Um... Mob essence? The essence from Grinder is sent to giant (max-size) Steel tank via Liquid Tesseract (hooked directly to Grinder).

I have gotten this error too when the grinder is outputting mob essence...
