BioFuel Generator bleeds power

I was using MFR 2.7.1-36 and noticed that my biogenerator was continuously losing power even with no demand was on the system. I was originally using Ender IO Energy conduits and even with just one conduit attached the power continued to drain away. I replaced the conduit with a buildcraft wooden kinesis pipe (and nothing else) and the same drain occurred.

I also noticed that when either a conduit or a wooden pipe attached to the generator, it would lose all the power in its buffer.

Both enderio conduit and buildcraft pipes have an internal buffer. Are you waiting until this buffer fills when you reproduce this?

A "feature" of BuildCraft is that the wooden power pipe and all machines have an idle power draw. Supply a redstone signal to the generator to turn it off.
