Needleguns aren't working in all dimensions except the overworld (dimension 0) on mcpc+. There is no error. The gun just isn't shooting.
Tested with MineFactoryReloaded-2.7.9-final and mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B262.
I've tested it in The Twilight forest, Nether, End and some Mystcraft dimensions.
(Also using mystcraft-uni-1.6.4-0.10.12.01 and twilightforest-1.20.2).
