Possible conflict with Witching Gadgets mod #413

Yes, it seems unlikely to me to have MFR involved in a Thaumcraft crash, but with the Witching Gadgets mod and without MFR, I am able to create worlds. With MFR and Witching Gadgets at the same time, attempting to create a world results a stack overflow error in thaumcraft.api.ThaumcraftApi.getCrucibleRecipe. Minecraft returns to menu, doesn't crash to desktop.

Seems to be a known issue with Witching Gadgets. https://github.com/BluSunrize/WitchingGadgets/issues/9
