Item's disappearing after the recipe is entered into the crafting table #444

When I enter any recipe for MFR machines [1.7.10] on my server, the desired block appears in the crafting table to craft for 1 second, then disappears. I am trying to look through configs and everything, but it just doesn't seem to work. I also tried adding them in in creative, and it worked, but even with max energy they do not perform work. Any help would be appreciated.

Alas, it is in the config. I have both enderIO and thermal expansion installed. It had enderIO recipe enabled and thermal expansion recipe disabled, but was showing the thermal expansion recipe in NEI. Went ahead and switched them.
